增加tags和站內搜索功能

A tags set can be found at tags.html. It display all keywords which were marked up in this website. The origial target is helping search engine to find interesting page. It looks no so useful from the current status.

All pages are in database, so it is not so hard to do it. I just make a page indexer to parse your keywords. the page is search.html.
